VALE™ (Virtual Assistant for Legal Enquiries) is a subscription-based software application that includes the Foundation Package and four optional Enhanced Value Packages. The optional packages can be combined with the Foundation Package in various ways to provide you with a solution that precisely meets your needs at the right price.

 

The Foundation Package provides essential mechanisms for existing and new client engagement as well as increasing your team’s productivity and reducing operational costs.
The Document Automation Package enables automation of engagement letters and conversion of your firm’s precedents into online tools for collecting data from clients and producing documents that only require a minimal (or no) review by a lawyer. All auto-generated documents feature your firm’s branding and visual design elements.
The Content and Email Marketing Package helps you attract new clients and keep existing clients by providing them with highly relevant up-to-date content delivered via the Assistant, a micro-site and email newsletters (both with your firm’s branding). It’s a turnkey service that does not require any of your time to manage other than a quick one-time setup.
The Appointment Scheduling Package provides you with client-facing calendars that can be embedded on your website for a seamless booking experience. This allows clients to quickly view your team’s real-time availability and self-book their own appointments. The calendars you already use, like Outlook, Google, iCloud or Office 365, are automatically updated in real-time.
The Proprietary Knowledgebase Package provides you with a unique knowledgebase that is not shared with anyone else and showcases your proprietary content to reflect your firm’s unique expertise and best practices.
The Facebook Integration Package provides the complete solution functionality* in Facebook and makes the Assistant available on the firm’s Facebook page and in Facebook Messenger (*except features that are not applicable to Facebook)
